The Genie Won't Load Or Is Frozen, How Do I Resolve?

If you experience some issues getting The Genie to start or it gets stuck, then this can usually be resolved by refreshing the browser.

If the issue persists, then the service could be down and if this persists longer than an hour please contact support and report a technical issue.

 

The Genie Made A Factual Error Or a Mistake, How Can I Report This?

It is quite common for AI to slip up just like humans do but if you feel that the error was large enough for you to be concerned then you can press the thumbs down button to give instant feedback for The Genie to learn from.

If you see the same error persisting then contacting support can help us to manually intervene. 

 

The Genie Mentioned Players Who Don't Exist/Play For The Wrong Team. What Is Going On?

Ah sounds like a common issue with Language Learning Models and it is called Hallucinating. This is quite rare and is caused by temporary slip ups in the memory of the AI. Usually, this is nothing more than a humourous thing to observe but if you think that it has affected the analysis negatively then pressing the Thumbs Down button or contacting support for a manual intervention can be done.

Remember, the AI can only learn based on your feedback. 

 

The Genie Suggested a Strategy That I Am Not Comfortable With. Can I Get It To Suggest Other Strategies?

The Genie will suggest the strategy that he feels is the best fit for the match. The Genie doesn't believe in trying to back-fit strategies to suit the user. Therefore, if the strategy suggested is not one you like then you can move on to another match. You should not be blindly following the strategies of The Genie anyway. 

 

How Do I Cancel or Pause My Subscription?

You are free to cancel or pause your subscription at anytime. You can do so within your own PayPal account without contacting us or via contacting support. Please allow 7 days before your next payment is due.

 

I’m Getting a “Data Fetch Error” or "Failed To Fetch Error" – What Does That Mean?

A "Data Fetch Error" typically means the Genie was unable to retrieve the latest match or stats data from our external data provider.

Refresh the page after a few minutes.

Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable.

Try a different match to see if the issue is isolated.

Allow 15-20 minutes break for the software to reload. 

If the issue persists across multiple matches, contact our support team so we can investigate further.

How Far in Advance Does the Genie Recommend Matches?

Currently, The Genie looks ahead 48-72 hours. 

 

The Genie Is Running Slowly – What Can I Do?

If the Genie feels slow or is taking longer than usual to provide a response, it’s usually due to high server load or large match volume. We suggest refreshing the screen or trying alternative matches to see if the problem persists. If the issue remains for longer than an hour please contact support and explain the issue.
